Who we are.
MailIQ was born from the realization that people needed specific solutions to specific projects. From there we realized that even more people simply wanted an easier, more responsive print and mail solution. Our goal is to help you get your project done while making your life a little less stressful.
Design
From fundraising campaigns to advertisements, we can design a mailpiece that works for you. Our in-house designers can work with you to get the look you need. Additionally we have USPS Mail Design experts on hand to make sure your project will comply with USPS standards and sail through the post office without issues.
We use only the industry best print solutions from the likes of Canon, Oce, and EFI. This gives us complete control over the quality of your project. Big or small your project will look amazing. Have a special need? Large format? UV coating? Let our team know and we can get it done.
We have cultivated partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Pitney Bowes, Bluecrest, Bell Howell, USPS, Quadient, and more. This allows us to ensure your project gets mailed correctly each an every time. Whether it's a simple utility bill to some more complex such as election ballots, we have the people, equipment, and experience to get it done.
Evaluate
Making the most of your efforts is the key to success. Without know how your mailing did you can't possibly accurate determine the effectiveness of your project. We work with you to collect delivery data that will help evaluate your project and plan any improvements going forward.
How we work.
1 Transparency. You should always know what's going on with your project. More importantly you shouldn't have to wait for an email or return phone call to find out. To that end we've given you access to the our project management system so you can see exactly where your project is in the process.
2 Quality. You can't afford errors. We put a strict quality program in place to ensure your project is done exactly how you need it.
3 Affordable. Let be honest, budgets are tight. But you still have to move your organization forward. So we keep our prices reasonable so you can keep making an impact.
